Fridayphotoschool is project lead by photographer, writer and photo educator Will Crockett. Based in suburban Chicago, the company actually creates the monthly content inside the fridayphotoschool studio located in Montgomery IL. Will is widely known as the "go-to" guy for solving technical problems and is counted on by many of today’s top photographers as well as photo manufacturers for fact-based info on how to get the tools like cameras and flashes work correctly. As an expert in light control, TTL flash, getting screen to print match, and more, Will invites only the photographers who have a successful business - and know what they are talking about - to present their info on fridayphotoschool. All the content you see is carefully guided by Will to be accurate and useful. This is a no baloney resource!

CAREFUL CREATION OF CONTENT

We are lucky to have two of the best video production techs in the business. Dave Flores and Jake Burns are the true masters of producing the video content that you see on fridayphotoschool and our complete line of ShootSmarter.com DVDs. Webmaster Cindy Conner is a wizard at making sure the site delivers beautiful content on any browser platform. In addition, Anthony Uraius, our Operations Manager, keeps the studio humming and Tom Curley our Director of Sales and Marketing is the master at securing sponsors to proudly support our efforts. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL, INC. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT ('LICENSE') CAREFULLY BEFORE VIEWING THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC VIDEO CONTENT. BY VIEWING THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL CONTENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT VIEW THE CONTENT.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The content presented here on FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL is copyrighted material and subject to federal law. YOU MAY NOT COPY, SHARE, OR DUPLICATE THE CONTENT HERE IN ANY WAY.

1. The content (including all audio, video and still photo content) is licensed, not sold, to you by FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC for use only under the terms of this License, and FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC. reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC. owns the intellectual property to all content and the viewer is granted a license to view it. The intellectual property remains with FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC. at all times.

2. You may not and you agree not to, or to enable others to, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC delivery systems. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC. and its licensors and assigns.

If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages.

3. Content title, graphics, images and intellectual property rights in any content displayed by or accessed through the FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL website belongs to FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL inc. Such content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and may be subject to terms of use of the third party providing such content. You may not use, extract or distribute, commercially or otherwise, on a standalone basis, any photographs, images, graphics, artwork or similar assets ('Digital Imagery') contained within, or provided as a part of, the FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL Software, or otherwise use the Digital Imagery outside the context of its intended use as part of the FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL Software.

4. Consent to Use of Data. You agree that FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL, may collect and use email data, technical and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your computer, system and application software. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC. may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.

5. Indemnity from Offensive Content. By viewing the FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL content, you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language. Because FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL INC. may have no control over preventing this content from reaching the viewers, you agree to use the Services at your sole risk and will hold harmless FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL and its assigns.

In addition, Services that may be accessed from FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL are not available in all languages nor in all countries. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL makes no representation that such Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to access such Services, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws.

6. Termination. This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL and its licensors successors and assigns reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any services at any time without notice. In no event will FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such services. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain Services, in any case and without notice or liability. You acknowledge that neither FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL or its licensors, successor or assigns has an express or implied obligation to provide, or continue to provide, the services now or in the future.

7. Limited Warranty. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL warrants the video content to be viewable on any PC running Windows XP, XP pro, Vista 32, and Windows 7 using the Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 or 8, as well as Macintosh OSX using the Firefox or Safari browsers. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL does not support other operating systems or browsers and users may attempt to view the live content at their own risk.

FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL does not support using any other third party software applications, nor mis-configured PCs or Macs that use non-factory default configurations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties.YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL CONTENT AND SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR VIEWING OF THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL CONTENT OR SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Controlling Law and Severability. This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of ILLINOIS, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Illinois between Illinois residents. This License shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Complete Agreement; Governing Language. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL content and services licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by FRIDAYPHOTOSCHOOL inc. Any translation of this License is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License shall govern.
